When Friends University's 1997 fall enrollment figures showed virtually zero improvement over those of 1996, Armstrong|Shank was hired to create a new image campaign that would heighten community awareness of this small, private University. The Friends University Insite Report© exposed an intimate student/instructor dynamic, a setting of small classes, a remarkable degree of follow-up in helping students establishand prosper inrewarding professions, and a culture that allowed students to participate in a large number of extracurricular activities. The entire image campaign budget was devoted to the production and placement of television commercials for maximum community impact. Click to see a sample commercial.
